Endpoint Protection and WS.Reputation.1 issue

I'm having problems trying to install the Elsinore.ScreenConnect.GuestClient.msi app.

I recently upgraded to Symantec Endpoint Protection SBE 12.1 and now cannot get the client to install.
I'm prompted with a WS.Reputation.1 signature issue.

I have no way to allow this to run, as the file is deleted when I am prompted.
I have tried to exclude this file from being checked, yet it still does... and still deletes it.

Anyone with the same issue?
Any ideas?

Are you installing the production release or the beta? I think the production release gets "whitelisted" but the betas do not.

I am running version 2.3.1779.4225 (but will upgrade to 2.3.1861.4248 in just a moment, but this is still pre-release).
I've tried to exclude this from any/all scans but cannot.
Any ideas on how to change SEP?
Any idea when 2.3 will make it out of beta?
