Have managed to install SC to a server and change the url to an internally and externally accessible address, however on the status tab the Browser URL Check show a Warning and the Web Server Check shows Failed.

Browser URL Check shows:
Browsable: False
Your URL:http://sc.domain.org.uk/Administration.aspx
Possible URLs: http://sc.domain.org.uk/Administration.aspx
http://xx.xxx.xx.162/Administration.aspx
http://mail.domain.org.uk/Administration.aspx

Web Server Check shows:
Test URL:http://sc.domain.org.uk/

The url http://sc.domain.org.uk is available internally and has been requested externally (may take up to a week to be written to our Zone record.) The IP address xx.xxx.xx.162 is for our mail server, the IP address that will be assigned to ScreenConnect will be xx.xxx.xx.175 - is this what is causing the errors and failures?

Thanks Jake. sc.domain.org.uk resolves internally to 10.1.1.65 and externally to xx.xxx.xx.175 and is now part of our zone record. Browser URL is now green, but External Accessibility Check shows Failed:

Web Server Error: The operation has timed outRelay
Test URL: relay://sc.relate.org.uk:8041/
Relay Error: Unable to connect within allotted time.

and we cannot connect to a seesion if we are on a public Internet connection. Web Server Test URL should show as sc.domain.org.uk or xx.xxx.xx.75 - is there a way I can change this?
I have changed the port to 80 (from 8040), but left the relay as 8041. - is this correct?
