I have just upgraded to ScreenConnect_2.3.2005.4303_Release and now I cannot connect to anything and it says "waiting for a free license" The Administration page said that it was an eligible update, so can someone please shed some light on what has gone wrong?

Thanks

In fact, even the version I have still says I am eligible for the next (unstable) version...

Latest Eligible Version:2.3.2026.4309

Restart the relay service on the server. I have seen the relay service hold a session before. If you only have a 1 concurrent license then you will get this message. Restarting the relay service forces it to let go of this phantom session.

Sadly it is not that. In the license area it says it is not valid... but the upgrade advisor said (and still does!) say another version is eligible for my license... So not, too impressed at the extra time and effor this will now likely cause.

bummer, well I would call them on monday and they will get it straightened out. If you need temporarily you can create a 30 day trial license here:

Good idea with the trial license, however, it still says waiting for free license (I removed the other one as a trial license has to be the only one there) I have restarted all three services for SC. So not sure what else to try now.
