was hoping that there is a simple solution available so that the Java connection would be the initial connection type controlled by the iframe url

We are supporting many companies, but one in particular does not give users privileges to run the ScreenConnect .Net application. But Java does work. So for them we would like to point them to "theirdomain.com/help" and the ifram there would start all sessions on Java
