Today I installed the pre release and after installing it my whole setup crashed so after that I uninstalled the pre release and reinstalled the pre release again the same thing happened it crashed so I went back an installed the stable version of course I, but now I am having issues with the stable install. Sometimes it connects then it don't.

You'll need to call our support. There are no known issues with either 2.3 or 2.4.
