Windows Server 2003 32bit upgraded from screenconnect client 2.3 to 2.4.2169.4359.

Now when using 'Send Ctrl+Alt+Del' function in screen connect I get an error displayed on the remote machine -

Code:
Error occurred performing 'System Key Code'.
The system cannot find the file specified

I have tried restarting the screenconnect guest service on the client, but still get the error.

Edit:

I only get this error when logged in. It works ok from the login screen, both when logged out or locked.

Edit:

I've updated 2 other server 2003 machines to 2.4 and I get the same error.

Sorry, we haven't specifically tried to reproduce it yet. Though I have used the feature a lot and haven't encountered issues. You'll likely need to call or email into our support and we can get you connected so that we can debug the issue.

Hi,

I'm on 2.4.2214.4393 and Pressing "Send CTRL-ALT-DEL" still gives me a "Run Service" window and after entering the credentials it shows this error message:
"Error occurred performing 'System Key Code'." "Unknown Error"
