Sub-session Groups

Not sure if this was mentioned before (I searched and did not find it)...but to be able to "tree" the unattended session groups with subgroups would be helpful.

For example:

I have 50 unattended session groups. Of those 50, 25 are just voicemail systems and of those 25 voicemail systems, 10 are for once cusotmer.

So having groups setup like

Voice Mail
----> Company A
|
|
----> Company B


Then each of the Company A and Company B would list the filtered sessions for that company..

I agree. This would be a very useful feature.

We do have the ability to manage all of our remote support and remote access solutions. Here is a knowledge article on how that can be setup: http://help.screenconnect.com/INFO-0019.ashx
Your structure outlined below suggests groups and subgroups, I will submit that as a feature request.
