For our sales department it would be nice to be able to give presentations to multiple guests.

yea that gets into remote meeting software. We get a fair amount of requests for this, but there are a lot of things to work out when you are start sharing with more than one person plus the hundreds of feature requests that we will get once implemented. We want to do this eventually but we don't want it to clutter up the use model for our remote support users. So eventually you may see something like this but only if we are sure it will not negatively impact our remote support users and not clutter up the use model.

Has any more thought gone into 'multiple connections'? For us, the ability to put more than one tech on at one time is key for escalation... as well as the ability to provide training to a group of people. 'Multiple' does not have to always mean 'Meetings'. This is one very nice feature of TeamViewer that I had hoped you would be working on. The ability to go into 'Presentation' mode and have 'on-screen mark-up tools'.

This is the only missing feature in ScreenConnect for us. It will likely not stop us from purchasing the software, as your company is very professional and the product is top-notch, but we do a lot of remote training of technicians, and it would be great if a second session could just view the first session in a read-only manner for training purposes. As it is, we'll have to use a combination of ScreenConnect and a low-cost VNC solution for training. Obviously, this won't make us look too professional to our customers.

So, consider this our vote for adding this feature in the future. It would seem to not be too difficult to offer a read-only viewer of another session, but we're likely over-simplifying it.

Thanks!

A little birdie tells me this may be in the works.....there is one thing I would like to bring up about screenconnect is that they listen to their customers rather well. And in my 1.5yrs of dealing with them I have seen just about every request that was wanted by more than one person get implemented eventually.

Thanks Tim for the reply.

I have noticed that about this company by reading the forums going back a couple of years and the new feature implementations.

It's one of the reasons we're likely to stick with ScreenConnect and buy an unlimited license with regular upgrades if they resolve the anti-virus quarantine problem (which is a huge issue).

Having built-in multiple viewing sessions would be a huge bonus for some of my customers and when training other techs.

So anyone popping into this thread. The ability to have multiple technicians was just released with our 2.4 build and the modifications to our architecture will allow us to support multiple guests to a session (remote meeting) in the near future. I don't have a definitive date but I really do believe you will see this in one of the next few releases.
