Once the session ends on the clients side - a customized link embedded in the pop-up session has ended message that a client could click on - maybe to take them to a web-form, invoice, or company's website. Also, would like to customize this message - if it's not possible already?

This came up in another post as well, I have submitted and will see what we can do to get it implemented.
