Automatic Session Recording

I have a huge request that I need implemented for my company. 100% of our support is remote. Our techs work from home all around the US. As the owner of the company, for security purposes I need ALL sessions recorded. I can't rely on the techs to remember to record the sessions, so I’m recommending a feature to enable or disable ALL session recordings.

Logmein Rescue has this ability. The admin can enable all sessions to be recorded and saved to a remote server. I believe the way theirs works is the following:
1.) at the start of a session, the video is stored on the techs pc in a temp folder
2.) at the end of the session, the video is transferred to the server.

The ability to save to a cloud solution such as Amazon S3 or dropbox would be AMAZING, but at the very least i need to be able to save to a FTP server.

Good request and with the changes to the relay service in 2.4 I am pretty sure they were thinking of adding this down the road!

bigdessert good call, its one of the features I'm pushing hard to get ASAP. We don't have it committed yet but as soon as we do it will be announced in our newsletter.

Jeff,
This is the MAJOR feature we used in Logmein Rescue. I spoke to Screenconnect sales person (don't remember who) when we were shopping remote software, they said this was a feature they felt would be in before Q1 2012. I need to purchase more license for screenconnect but i've been waiting for this feature to release before doing so.

Do you still think we can get this feature into the system before Q2 comes around?

Well we are still in Q1 so don't rule anything out! I will definitely see what I can do, we should be meeting soon to confirm what we "plan" on releasing in 2.5 and 2.6. There is some discussions on doing a lot of work on screen recording so my guess is that the release date will be somewhat dependent if we combine auto recording with all the other stuff or break it apart. I can tell you its in my top 5 features I would like to see implemented based on feedback from customers and the forum.
