is there a way to remove the unattended client without having to connect to the pc, we had to use it on a laptop for a client, the user no longer works for the company and won't allow access or even accept to be talked through removing the client. is there a way to remove it from the client remotely without actually connecting or is there a way to delete them from the listing so it can't be connected to?

This is why we need an inbuilt ACL list.....I have been fighting to block a previous client with a dynamic IP as well. I block the ip, then a week later it's back. Seems to me the relay service should just read a small text file somewhere on the server and block based on the name of the connection.

I have the same problem, except the former employee was a C level and there is litigation involved. Good times.

We have implemented the ability to uninstall in our 2.4 version. I hope that helps with most situations, but we do understand that other situations may arise so please let us know if the new functionality needs to be tweaked.
