After I upgraded to 2.4 latest, I had problems with the clients connecting to the relay server (the clients had the message "Negotiating..." and last forever)
Today I tought to uninstall teh server, and reinstall it, without removinf the screenconect folder from the program files.

After the reinstall none of the clients connect. I connected to one computer (with attended) and the unattended client wasn't installed.... After I installed the unattended client, the computer showed up as connected.

Is there a posibility to get back all mi clients withour reinstalling the unattended client?

thanks

some clients are starting to show up in the list.

If you uninstalled the server and reinstalled the clients could have connected with the wrong public key, and after that they stop. The service will start again when they're rebooted.

Thanks for the info.
After the client restart, the unattended computer shows up.

We recently had to re-install the server software, and our clients are getting pop up messages from the unattended client that the wrong public key is being used. It doesn't go away with a computer reboot either. We have to setup a regular session to uninstall the hosed version of unattended and install a new copy. Any way to force the clients computers to point to the new public key or edit a file on the server to add the old public key?

If you have your old web.config, you need to take the line that says AsymmetricKey and move it over to replace the one in the new web.config. Even if you uninstalled, you may be able to find the old web.config on your HDD. I think we move it to the temp directory on uninstall, mainly because of this situation. You can't recover the full key if you don't have the web.config.
