Support Response:It’s likely that the problem you're having is related to using the "Send from server directly to the email domain SMTP server" setting in the ScreenConnect Administration page's Mail tab. The most reliable method of sending email is to use the "Send through an SMTP relay server" option and specifying your own SMTP server (this can be your own corporate Exchange server, or ISP server, or Gmail, etc.).

*Note that you can also use the “Send from host with a rich mail client (mailto)” option, to send using your local rich email client (e.g., Outlook).
