We had an issue earlier where only one session could be active at a time.

Restarting the ScreenConnect services fixed the issue.

Anything else we can do to troubleshoot if it happens again?

Sorry about this. Give us a call when it happens again, and we can look into it.

This should be fixed in the latest pre-release.

We're seeing this with version 2.4.2456.4458 -- Is there an ETA on when this will be fixed? It really impacts us.

My company is having the same issue ever since we updated to 2.4.2456.4458. We have 3 licenses and sometimes we can use all 3 but it seems that once 3 people connect and then disconnect, it throws the error "Waiting for free license". This is impacting our business greatly. Do we have ETA on fix.

We have a fix that we've released to a few customers. We will re-release 2.4 with the fix very soon.

We upgraded two days ago and are having the same problem.
It says waiting for a free license yet no one is connected.
