Is it possible to display more timeline or go back further than 30 days? For example,can we go back 12 months etc?

This can be done, but performance when accessing the Timeline tab may be affected as there is simply more information to fetch!

Open the Host.aspx located in the \Program Files\ScreenConnect\ directory.

Look for a value like this:

Code:
var spanTime = 2592000000; // 30 days

This value is milliseconds, so to change it to 60 days:

Code:
var spanTime = 5184000000; // 60 days

After changing this value and saving the file, you will need to restart the ScreenConnect services.

Hello,

I noticed that we can no longer change the spanTime for the timeline, so it is greater than 30 days. I really need to change this so I can see the past 6 months on the timeline.

Thank you.

Hey Nick,

Sorry about the problems you've been having with this. This was changed when we did updates to the Timeline for 6.0 and 6.1.

The spanTime variable is now in Base.css. Editing the variable there will give you the functionality you are looking for.

Hope that helps!
