I need a single tech license, and the cloud edition seems perfect for me.

Except...I am uneasy with the idea that ConnectWise staff can access my machines. I don't think that I can expose my customer's machines to an outside vendor like that.

Does anyone have any suggestions or comments for me?

I can consider the on-premise edition, but this cost is fairly high when there will only be a single technician.

Thanks for your post. We make every effort to preserve your complete privacy with cloud instances. Our standard operating staff (support, sales, and marketing etc) does not have access to your installation and cannot access machines on your instance. We follow strict guidelines for web application management and only give this type of access to our architect and cloud operations team for when there is a critical issue that must be remedied to maintain infrastructure and instance uptime.
