Is it possible to have an unattended app for android devices.
we need to support over 200 phones, and it would be very handy to have all of our phones
show up as devices on our screen connect "host" screen. rather then making a session each time we need to support a phone.

We ran quite a few tests here and it sorta worked but it required a fair amount of fiddling with the Android OS. If the software was open and permissions provided it seemed very plausible. The unattended part in theory would work but the companies we were working with on testing the access had other projects come up so we had to put it on-hold for the time being until we can revisit with them. If you are looking to try and have rooted devices or devices with your own version of Android then contact our sales team via email and we can provide you with an outline of the steps we were taking.

We're gauging interest, but at this time there are no current projects for this request. It is something we plan to examine closer in the future, but other things have taken priority at this time. I'll be sure to add your +1 to the request.

Thanks, totally forgot you had a new system for that!

However commenting were disabled so ill type here

Could you please make an app just like teamviewers quicksupport in terms of the graphical layout/presentation?

https://play.google.com/...ewer.quicksupport.market

That would make life so much easier and ridicilus easy even for an 80year old IF the app is preinstalled. Just open app and enter code (which means that there needs to be a place where you can enter your own server adress) and press connect and allow and then BAM Connected :)
