Trying to update an expiring SSL cert and I get this error message, "There was a problem converting your certificate from DER to PEM format."

I generated a privatekey and a CSR from the configurator to send to my Certificate Authority, got back a .CER file and ran the Configurator again with option 4 and rec'd the message above.

Any ideas?

I received the same error/message as well. I believe it's due to the password added when creating the .crt.
Which utility did you use to create?
I requested a free LetsEncrypt cert from: https://www.sslforfree.com
Then I used DigiCertUtil today to create/export the .pfx. I'm fairly certain I used OpenSSL instead of DigiCertUtil the first time and did not set a password when creating.

Like yourself, I did not get this error when installing/configuring SSL the first time. 2¢

Thanks for the tip. I will try to get a PFX format instead.
