Hello!

I used the search function on the forum and couldnt find a relevant post for this, I apologize if this has already been asked a dozen of times, but here goes. I made an Organization container after deploying several machines with the organization name blank. Adding the ORG name after the fact will not move the machines into that container. Is there a method of moving them without having to uninstall and re-deploying?

Thank you in advance!

By "container", do you mean session group? Because adding/editing the Org name should certainly register with the session group filter. Are you sure you have your filter setup correctly?
For example,
CustomProperty1 LIKE '*This company Name*'

Assuming you are using the first property tag for the organization name. The same would work for CustomProperty2, CustomProperty3, etc.

Correct session groups. I can edit the org for a machine and the filter will pick up that org when I am in "All Machines", but will not add the machine to my named session group. For example:

Under Access I have two org groups BAM and EP. If I build the installer and specify BAM that newly installed machine will pop in under BAM. If I build an installer for EP but do not specify the Org name at that point and edit it later it will not add to the EP session group but will come up under All Machines when I search EP.

I hope that makes sense.

Thanks!

Try setting your session filters to:

CustomProperty1 LIKE '*BAM*'

CustomProperty1 LIKE '*EP*'

The * on either side of the name being important.
