When I'm logged in, in the bottom left corner it show my name is "Cloud Account Administrator" and when I connect to guests, it shows that across the top of their screen. How do I change that to my email address? It seems like it was like that before the last two updates.

The under control banner shows the display names of connected hosts. Instead of logging into your instance as the Cloud Account Administrator when you want to connect to guests, I suggest creating an internal user such that the user's display name is your email address. More information about how to create an internal user and set the user's display name is found in the following KB article:

I did that and I'm logging in with the email address for that user, yet it shows "Cloud Account Administrator" instead of my email address.

I reached out to support and I had to go to Admin > Appearance page, there is a setting on the top half called SecurityPanel.DisplayNameVisible that you can change to true
