We've begun to experience issues accessing remote devices running Windows 10 after the OS receives the Fall Creator's Update. One instance no longer showed the client as installed. Has anyone else experienced this anomalyConfused ?

Tough to say what might be the problem. On the remote machine itself, is the Client itself installed? Is there a ScreenConnect Client (xxx...) service within Services.msc?

and what version are you using? 6.3 and 6.4 both resolved creators update issues.
