Hi,

This is our firts topic.

We want to know if its possible to retrieve AD information to ScreenConnect like Phone Number of the user on PC, description of the computer, or other.

And if this can be possible, how we can do to show this information on the list of computer where we can acces.

Thank you

Yes I believe you should be able to use either the Commands feature or the Command Toolbox (http://forum.screenconnect.com/yaf_postst8007_Extension--Command-Toolbox.aspx) to send a dsget command to an AD server for a particular user in Active Directory. I haven't tested it but I'm sure it should work. You just have to first get the username from the information screen which shows the current logged on user.
