Hi everyone,

I'm testing ScreenConnect using a free account.

I'm not familiar with the terminology yet, so bear with me :)

1) I was connected to the remote computer but the remote screen had gone fullscreen somehow?

How do I get back to just a window?

2) To try and fix this I ended the Session in Access online.

Apparently this permanently deletes the Session, ie uninstalls ConnectWise on the Remote Machine?

How do I end a session normally?, ie stop remoting in without deleting the session?

3) I tried to re-install the software on the remote machine but it won't do so?

How do i re-intall?

On the remote machine, try Uninstalling the client software (like from Programs and Features) and then reinstalling it. Does that allow the client to callback?
