I never installed prior using group policy, but in trying to install the latest client to my Windows 10 machine I'm getting "This install has incomplete inforamtion to connect. If you originally deplyed under group policy, this installer package must be also deployed under group policy". Any suggestions?

Has any version of ScreenConnect ever been installed on this machine?

Uninstall it all. Then try to connect to an access in the list it will prompt you to install it. Choose "try next option" that should download an installer that works

It's how I had to do it on all my Windows 10 machines.
