After the OS downloads the jnlp I open it, and the java webstart downloads the jar file into the cache.
The Jar file is launched, but "unable to launch the application" is the final result.
"found unsigned entry in resource"

Is this a known problem?

I thought I wait longer until I upgrade to newer Versions to skip problems. Looks like this wont work either.

Is SC 6.2 (or 6.3) actually compatible with MacOSX 10.6.8?

Sorry about the delay, while I try to stay ontop of forum responses, obviously I can fall behind when other things pile up. If the issue is important, I always suggest contacting our Support team for a faster response.

Per the Guest client requirements KB article here, OSX 10.6 falls outside of our range of officially supported versions of OSX.
