Recently after an update I started getting this email to my message box and I am unsure what it is, or why it's suddenly happening, and how to stop it, or if I should?

Sounds like you have a session trigger defined to notify when a session is connected. Access your admin page and navigate to triggers and see if anything there might be generating the notifications.

Notify when guest connects to unconnected support or meeting session

There is a trigger here for this above subject. Not sure why or who it was suddenly there and activated. Unsure of the value it's offering.
