Now, I tried to reinstall with a correct organization, it still shows the incorrect organization in ConnectWise Control window
Any help would greatly appreciated

Right click on the session itself and say 'Edit'. This will bring up the Edit Session modal which should allow you to change any value for the custom properties.

Then it sounds like you don't have the permission to Edit sessions (or at least specific to the session you are attempting to edit).

Instructions on checking that here.

Also, are you a ScreenConnect Administrator?

I uninstalled screenconnect software (shutdown the service prior) in the client PC, but it's still shown in the main window.
How can get rid of it? and reinstall ScreenConnect with correct organization

Select the guest client and then right click and choose 'End'. That will remove it from the list and database.
