Having upgraded to 6.3, we are getting generic error messages that occur when the login times out. The error repeats a few times while we make our way to the logout option, and then when we login all is well again. Is this a common issue? Is there a fix that will just go to the login page again without hassle?

That doesn't sound normal - do you have the actual error? Also, when it fails, if you look at the browser's URL, what is the reason code number at the end?

I changed the timeouts to a month, but will dig deeper when it recurs.

Okay, the situation is a browser left on the access page, showing the connections status. It is left a long while. Then it will try to access
http://MY SERVER/Services/PageService.ashx/GetHostSessionInfo which fails with "internal server error". This is then displayed as "Error. One or more errors occurred" in a javascript made error dialog. Close that, it just keeps going. The underlying http response is 500, and the response data is {"errorType":"AggregateException","message":"One or more errors occurred.","detail":null}

How can I get a log of the internal error detail? I can't see any log option, and the detailed audit doesn't catch this error.

There's no more detailed error log than what you see - but the URL will change when the login fails, and it will show you a code number at the end. If you can grab that, it may be helpful.

Additionally, are you logging in with Internal Forms or AD/LDAP?

I have the same issue.

Here is the error that pops up.

Error: one of more errors occurred.

After clicking the [X] several times, and changing pages, it'll take you back to the login screen.

The URL changes to https://MYDOMAINHERE.com...inistration&Reason=5

Our logon is configured for Windows Active Directory.

Thanks @ATS - just to be clear, that only happens after the login times out, right?

Please open up a support ticket with us here so that we can get on a session with you to test, document, and get it in front of our developers:

FWIW, our system is all local, no active directory. The URL is not changing at all, always to "/Services/PageService.ashx/GetHostSessionInfo" at the server. Always the error return.

Okay, if I select the logout option when I can, it changes to /Login?Reason=7

One other thing to look at, within the browser when this error is happening, press F12 to bring up the developer's console and then navigate to the network tab. Wait for the 500 response to appear and then click on it and look at the Response Body, what error(s) is it displaying? Is it an aggregate error or something else? Feel free to PM me the content itself, I know it can be hard to read.

As I said before, the underlying http response is 500, and the response data is {"errorType":"AggregateException","message":"One or more errors occurred.","detail":null}

If there is a way to turn on more information, that would be good.

I have been in touch with support, and they say that a fix for this will be in the 6.4 stream. I hope so!

Anyone know if this is in the latest 6.4 update? It isn't mentioned in the release notes.

Thanks, it does indeed appear to have solved it, and we now get the proper login prompt. Thank you.
