After updating to the latest version of screen connect, when creating a support session it creates a session with a code (we do not like this but there is a work around) after changing it to public (thanks for making us take more time and clicks when we could choose how to create with the simple box where you tick how to create like it USE TO BE) the join with a CODE box is still on the support screen confusing clients when they arrive at our support page. (to some this is not a big deal but having to explain to every single person we try to remote support is getting VERY OLD) they keep clicking on the code box we have to tell them to use the public box at the bottom. I use to look forrward for upgrades but this one is pure BS
