We have not been able to record the sessions that we take using the screen connect.

The version i know is an old one but we were able to record the sessions in the past.

Kindly Help with the issue.

What version of Control are you using?

Have you enabled extended auditing on your server or are you attempting to create an ad-hoc recording via the host client?
