We currently use LMI Central for remote connection to unattended computers for service purposes. We have 25 sites that we connect to one at a time with 1 login, what's best SC product & comparison to LMI??

The Access Only package would be the best fit from your intial post. Here are some quick points:

Quote:
We have 25 sites

With Access Only, you license on an agent(machine) level. This allows unlimited connections to machines that have your agent installed. Heres are our pricing packages: https://www.connectwise....software/control/pricing

You can set up multiple hosts each with their own host ID and permissions: https://docs.connectwise...tion_page/Security_page. Once that is set up the Access Only license doesn't limit the number of connections by your techs to a subscribed machine.

Here is a fact sheet: https://www.connectwise..../compare/logmein-central , but nothing beats a trial! Contact our sales team or go here to get started: https://www.connectwise....onnectwise-control-trial

Hope this information is helpful.
