I have a customer(bank) that is requesting a session report everytime we have a remote control session with one of their PCs. If it can't be done on a per session basis they would be OK with a monthly report. I've tried to find something in the Report Manager but was unsuccessful. Anyone have any ideas?

Do you just want a list of all Host connections made to specific machine(s)?

What exactly do you want in this report?

Preferably these are the details they would like:
  • Time\Date of session
  • Name of computer
  • Name of technician
  • Length of Session

It's going to be something that they don't really look but their auditors are pushing for it.

Thanks for the response.

So it would take some minor calculations after creation, but you can use the Report Manager to create a report to accomplish this.

Just make sure to change the Filter from 'Acme' to whatever value you use to sort these machines.

I think I can make this work for what I need. Thanks for the help. Now we just need to make it automated!
