This has been reported as a bug already a few weeks ago, yet now the final release is out, and the Build Installer still doesn't work!

Every field is ignored. Specific name value, Organization, Client etc.

Am I (and the person who reported it as a bug) the only people affected by this?


The only unusual thing I can think of, is that one of our techs did something about a year ago so that we have "Organization" and "Client", and I'm not sure how or where he did this.

Yes, I also confirm that the Build client does not behave correctly and does not accept package values. How to fix it?

Unfortunately this is a known issue that has been fixed and we will be releasing a hotfix for 6.4 very soon to address the issue. Unfortunately I don't have an ETA but we are aware of the inconvenience it is causing and thus is a very high priority issue.

The current build ScreenConnect_6.4.15083.6507 has been fixed. Hallelujah !

Just like @jlname said, the 6.4.15083 build contains a fix for this problem.

If you are an on-premise user of ScreenConnect you can download this version here.

If you are a Cloud Hosted ScreenConnect user you can upgrade your instance(s) from the Cloud Account page found after logging in here.
