As title says, we are running 6.2 at the moment, I have tried upgrading to 6.3 and 6.4 to test and with both versions guests don't connect and appear offline.

They can reach the website and the firewall checker in the administration section says that it is all set up correctly.

I started a guest session and the guest can connect to the session but the green bar doesn't appear from the hosts area and it appears as if the guest is offline.

What's the last error message in the status menu of the guest client?
