The title says it all.
Is that possible with the report manager?
I never looked into the report manager extension.

I would like to get an email at 0:00 every day about the time I spent with my unattended clients:
Like:
WindowsDomain A:
PC01: 5min (from 10:00 to 10:05)
PC02: 10min (from 11:00 to 11:10)
Sum total: 15min

Or if the PC is not joined to a domain (because its a MacOS machine), then the same for the individual machine.

Is the report manager able to do this?

If not, I will be also satisfied if I get an email after closing the session with the timestamp and the duration of the session.

TIA.

Unfortunately, there's no method of auto-running reports on a schedule; however, I just published a simple extension that sends an email to a configurable email address every time a host disconnects from an access session. For example, the email subject/body would look something like this after disconnecting from an access session entitled GustaveWin10:

Quote:
ConnectWise Control Access Session Connection Summary: GustaveWin10

Session Name: GustaveWin10
Host: Cloud Account Administrator
Connected Time: 11/27/2017 9:55:24 PM
Disconnected Time: 11/27/2017 9:55:35 PM
Duration: 0m 10s

You can install the "Email Connection Summary" extension via the Extension Marketplace: https://docs.connectwise...s_page/Extension_Browser

After installing the extension, configure the extension settings by selecting Options -> Edit Settings:

ToAddress: Send a connection summary email to this address whenever a host disconnects from an access session
EmailSubjectPrefix: Subject line prefix of summary email sent whenever a host disconnects from an access session

Ben

Hello Ben,
Great, thats just what I need. Thank you very much!
I also have something like this for my pbx regarding calls with clients. I can now do what I can do best - do support, and if I forget taking a note about the event, I am still able to gather this information later from the logs. Not every support incident goes along with a phone call.
No more loss of money or guessing when the calender looks empty because I had no time to update my schedules.

It needs a little modification because two computers might have the same name, so I need to include the domain name and logged in username in addition, but I think I can do this myself.
