A session was 'accidentally' ended using the End command in Access and we now need to access that remote machine again. I've tried rebuilding the agent access app and reinstalling on the remote machine but cannot get the machine to reappear in host. Any help greatly appreciated.

If the session was ended then you'll likely have to uninstall it completely before attempting a reinstall on the remote machine. For a Mac Guest, there are instructions to manually uninstall on our KB, specifically here.
