I've seen this on the forum before but cannot find the posts for it, were running an older version but for a while now our Version check, External accessibility check, Browser URL check and web server check have failed, server and site still accessible but it just pops up.
Can someone advise if there's some ports or servers we need to allow our on site SC server to access?.

Make sure your browser is reaching the web portal using the public domain/IP rather than the internal IP of the SC server.

Hi thanks for the reply, it is accessible externally.

Do the checks 'Fail' or do they display an 'Error'?

Is there any additional relevant information if you click the dropdown arrow next to the test itself?

Also what version of Control/SC are you running?

Finally, are you behind a reverse proxy or any other additional application layer?

No unfortunately not, each one is just black and say error on the check.
Were running 5.6 and the server we host it on is behind a firewall but we've made no changes on the routing/firewall side on this server since installation and its been fine.

Managed to fix this today. Thanks for everyone input.
Turned out to be a firewall issue, not my changes but added a few other ports. Now all pinging in.
