The toolbox is one of the coolest features of ScreenConnect. It's an instantly accessible menu to near-instantly run files on the remote PC. The files can be anything, not just executable files. We essentially provide the functionality of double-clicking in windows explorer. So think beyond just EXEs:

* Installers for your products
* ScreenConnect unattended installers
* Training or instructional videos
* Instructions or user manuals
* Specialized disclaimers
* Shell scripts including powershell
* LNK files to known applications
* LNK files to administrative functions of the OS

Also, if you need to run an application that contains multiple files, try using IEXPRESS to combine the files into a single EXE:

Out of curiosity - what are some of the items people have in their toolbox that they have found handy?

I have autoruns, tdskiller, malwarebytes installer, a hefty amount of other sysinternals tools and then a bunch of vbs scripts I custom created to automate some things for me.

But don't put any windows shortcuts ( .lnk files) in your tool box, they'll make the toolbox open very slowly.

I keep getting internet shortcuts in my toolbox; when I do, I know immediately and have to go find them and remove them.
