It's in the menu when you click on your user name in the bottom left.

Awesome thanks i was having issues finding it.
I also still had to clone the extension and then modify it to make it work as you helped me do a year ago.

I love this extension and use it extensively, many thanks for your efforts! I'm looking for a little quality of life improvement though and hope to find some direction with that as well as a request.

First, the right-click menu with the pinned items is something I use all day every day. I've been digging through the registry as well as AppData config files to see if I can determine how that data is sorted/presented. Ideally, I'd like it alpha sorted as it helps greatly when there is a medium-large list of pinned items. Where is the list of Pinned items stored? Hoping its in a flatfile of sorts I can script a sort routine on.

Second, it would be incredibly useful if there was a way to manage that pinned list with custom folders/menus.

For example, the right-click menu of ScreenConnector would have some management options of:

Clients->Client1-->SERVER1
Clients->Client1-->SERVER2
Clients->Client2-->DESKTOP1
Internal->Servers-->SERVER1

I'm not sure how much of a pain that is to implement, perhaps it's easier to create a system tray icon with this capability? I'd settle for that, although would prefer the Taskbar menu config if given a choice.

We're not actually keeping track of that list ourselves; it's just the jump list built into Windows.

There's another thread where someone's made a system tray icon that seems similar to what you're looking for: http://forum.screenconne...ry-and-Systray-Demo.aspx

Is there a way that the screenconnector does not save the password?

Is there any chance of uploading the latest source for ScreenConnector?

I'm having trouble with ScreenConnector. I have tried updating and reinstalling the extension, clearing my cache and using a different browser (IE11 and Chrome). I tried the earlier suggested fix cloning the extension and modifying service.ashx and no change.

It is showing enabled in my extensions list but when I click my username icon in the bottom left corner the option does not appear to download screenconnector. There are other extensions that put things there (edit web.config, etc) and they work and toggle when disabled/enabled. When I download the latest exe on the old forum post (says supports ver. 4+) the UI opens but will not connect, gives 404 error. When I download the extension using develop options and run the exe nothing happens. I see the process appearing in taskman but it closes after about 1 second.

I am using Chrome on Windows 10, my ScreenConnect install is Version:6.0.11299.6071 and my ScreenConnector Version is 1.0.106.

Any thoughts?

@pktman, I don't believe there's currently a way to specify that it shouldn't save the password.

Latest source:
ScreenConnector20170131.zip (11kb) downloaded 32 time(s).
