Trying to do an attended code session with a user and I can't get him to connect, so used LogMeIn as a fallback. Got an error message (can't remember what) but copied the details to text file and the gist is:

ERROR SUMMARY
Below is a summary of the errors, details of these errors are listed later in the log.
* Activation of http://sc.domain.org.uk/.... resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected:
+ Your Web browser settings do not allow you to run unsigned applications.

This is a corporate machine that I haven't installed the unattended client on yet, running on XP SP3 with IE8. I've generally been able to do thiss successfully apart from this one machine. Any ideas on how to stop this?

Thanks

Tony

Did you modify any .manifest or .application files in your Bin directory? The manifests should be signed already. Can you send your site name with a test session created to support@screenconnect.com?
