keyboard layout problem

Hello,
I updated SC to the latest release 2.3.1975.4293 (server & client) and I'm still having problem with the keyboard layout when I connect to a computer with non- US keyboard layout (mine is US).
The problem: when I connect to a french windows computer I cannot use my keyboard remotely because the keys are messed up (you are writing on a US keyboard but the layout is french..... so all the time you are searching for characters).
Will this problem be fixed in future releases?
The only workaround is that I need to write on my computer first and that copy/paste to the remote computer which is very time consuming...

Suggestion:

Get a layout of the French keyboard, then change yours to French before connecting. It's a pain, yes, but it may solve your immediate problem - and get you to be an expert on the French keyboard layout as a bonus. :)

We made a change in prerelease build 2.3.1992 that may fix this. Our QA guys are gone until Monday though, so I can't guarantee it'll work.
