ScreenConnect services cause network hang on startup

Upon booting Windows 7 Pro 64-bit ScreenConnect server, the network connections hang for about 3 mins, then finally kick in.
I set the 3 ScreenConnect services to manual start and rebooted, the network comes up right away. Reset the 3 services to
Automatic, and the network hangs yet again. I set them for delayed start for the moment, which allows the network to start up
properly but delays the ScreenConnect services by about 3 minutes.
I was just wondering if anyone else had run into this issue and has a fix/workaround?

I'm having a similar problem but on the server in which ScreenConnect is installed. Upon restart of the server I get the following error:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7022
Date: 11/7/2011
Time: 2:52:32 AM
User: N/A
Computer: BATES-EXCHANGE
Description:
The ScreenConnect Session Manager service hung on starting.

We've messed with this issue before. From what I recall there was nothing much we could do about it at the time, but we'll try to dig it up and revisit it.
