Would be nice to be able to have a group, aside from the "All Machines" group that shows any units which have NOT been assigned to any groups other than the default All Machines.

Would be nice.

I've got mostly separate residentials that I deal with but there's a couple of 'sets' that I have grouped that I would prefer not show up in my main Unattended list.

I agree, just started testing SC and will definitely be moving from other support systems, but the ability to quickly see 'Ungrouped' clients would be helpful.
I guess as we get to grips with the program there may be a better way of achieving this.

My workaround for the time being is to add a note to these customers as "Ungrouped" and make a filter for that. I find filtering to be flaky, at best, though. I've got 7 machines marked as "Ungrouped" but the filter only picks up 4 of them.

Mine works great, I have 180+ machines. All grouped in to their nice little nest.

Group name ie: SEARS
all sears computers get note tag SEARS
all fall in to SEARS
Under group settings add SEARS under notes filter too

done.

Thanks, I understand how to add a filter but that doesn't mean it sorts. I've just gone through my list and the only ones it sorted without question were based on the first note added. So, for my customers who subscribe to my "TLC" plan, I have to make sure that's the first tag, before any other notes I might add. I just removed all notes on one customer, added "TLC" first and -now- it shows up.

So, yeah, a bit flakey.

I see a few things here but the key thing is better filtering options to make sure the unattended sessions are in the folders you want. Let me see what can be done. If you have additional ideas or thoughts on filtering as its related to the manage sessions or naming of unattended sessions please let us know. For anyone not familiar with managing and filtering unattended sessions these knowledge article discusses how to setup remote access sessions and how to organize them:
