With 250 users actively using ScreenConnect the full attended session list can get fairly long. In my experience, our users are not ending the sessions fully. A feature that ends sessions automatically after no activity for a given time would benefit us. How about others?

If there is no activity from either host or guest for a given time, then the session can be ended/terminated. If users would like to keep it alive, then they could use the unattended option og simply start a new session.

I have heard something similar from a few customers, I do agree with promptcare that this would not work for everyone. I think something where admins have more control would be a good idea. Let us think about this and then I will have it submitted into our ticketing system.
