I would like to see a pop-up with an OK button after the technician disconnects.


It would guarantee to the guest/customer that we are completely off the computer.

I know there is a little pop-up toast saying this. but making the customer click OK when we are done is a good way to let the client know we are

#1 technician is for sure disconnected and remote access is no longer allowed.

#2 that we are not in the middle of trying a reboot from our side.

#3 prompt them to call us if the connection fails for whatever reason.


I would also like to see the content of the box customizable like some of the other values in the customization sections..
