Unattended clients not showing up

Recently my unattended clients are not showing up in my dashboard. When I visited the computers they all show as either connecting or negotiating.

I have not changed anything andin fact I have restored all the files from a backup that this article says I needed http://help.screenconnect.com/HOWTO-0014.ashx

Anyone else any ideas? Also when I went to log into the dashboard to download the installer again I got a time out message.

not saying its the same thing, but I just recently switched relay ports an found our edge firewall device the SC server was behind was playing funny with the packets. Make sure there is nothing touching the packets destined for your relay port.

Sounds like something screwy is going on with your configuration. You should call our support line.
