I love the ScreenConnect software on the desktop but the iPad App does not share this love.
I have been comparing the app to other RDP based apps and there are many features that the SC app needs to be competitive with these alternatives. Here is a list of things I think would make the App more friendly and usable.
1. Integrate Windows keys such as the Cursor, Page Up, Page Down, CTRL and F Keys and other in the keyboard.
2. Use gestures to bring up the keyboard (in Jump, for example, you use a 3 finger swipe).
3. Emulate a laptop touchpad on the iPad screen so that a tap is a click, double-tap is a double-click, tap-tap-hold is a drag, tap+hold is a right click. This would be much better than taping the mouse, choose what you want to do and then choose what button.
This would make most of the SC experience on an iPad very useful. Right now I feel the app is just barely usable for emergency cases when there is no laptop connection.
