We've been looking for a tool that will help us to remote connect and support clients for a while now. After going through many tools - it seemed as though Teamviewer was the only good option with all the features we were looking for - and we have been putting off going to teamviewer for quite a while. It's simply too expensive - and even when you pay for additional licenses - you can only have one technician using it at a time. (In our business it doesn't rain, it pours). - Either we're not supporting at all, or we seem to be supporting at the same time). We couldn't justify the cost for the amount of time we use this support services - and were going to try and continue with UVNC's Single Click. (Which has a number of issues).

Then we finally came across Screenconnect - which seems to have much more reasonable and understanding people working behind the scenes:

Only been actively trailing it for 2 days. Have hit a few hurdles / bugs (?) - but so far it looks very promising. Just wanted to say thank you to the guys behind screen connect for being so reasonable - with the trial period, and the licensing arrangements. On top of this - you really have a nice product here that works very effectively.

Just so you know even the bugs you find, you will find out that they get resolved really quickly.

I have been a happy ScreenConnect user for more than a year. I've upgraded twice, both times with results exceeding expectations. I run my own consulting business and have found that running my ScreenConnect service using their private label techniques has given my business credibility well beyond its value. All of us involved in supporting systems as individual business owners know that credibility is everything. So I say:

I'm also a very happy user, while I have only purchased in the last month I have been following various remote tools closely and I can say that the ScreenConnect Team are very quick with rolling out the bug fixes when required and adding awesome new features.

I purchased SC about 1 year ago for personal use. I have helped friends and family members fix problems. Some of them are out of state so this really helps a lot.
