I have upgraded to version 2.4 and everything is work great. The only issue I have found so far is the new function of RemoveNoteFromSession isn't working for me. I've added this security setting to my user group but don't see how to delete Notes. Can you please explain how this new functions is supposed to work? Am I missing something?

Thanks Jake. I didn't think about looking in the log entries for the notes to be able to delete them. I was thinking it would be where the box is to add a note.

One more question. I have on Unattended Host that has Connected x2 on the Host side of the unattended session. I know when a remote user connects multiple times to the same host the support side will increment the number of times it's connected. I'm guessing the host is connecting two times somehow. I've connected to the host and checked to see what ScreenConnect processes that are running and can only find Elsinore.ScreenConnect.GuestClient.exe and Elsinore.ScreenConnect.GuestService.exe. Can you give me some idea to why this is happening? As far as I can tell it's not causing any issues but didn't know if it may.
