Jake,
You just helped me on Friday afternoon 1/6/12 setup my SBS 2003 to redirect the hosted SC sessions to SSL . You also suggested I configure and update the NAT loopback on my TZ170 router. I was able to successfully accomplish the NAT loopback task. Now all hosts on the internal LAN can pull up a session with "https:pappabear.mydomainname.com/support"without any problem.

This issue I'm having now is that I've initially had an unattended client installed and setup successfully on a local host prior to your support. Since you helped change the configurations from a http to https session, Naturally i could not connect so I did an uninstall of the SC rebooted and created another unattended SC msi. I reinstalled it but it does not connect to the server as well. When I open the SC client it says the relay server is "pappabear.mydomainname.com:-1" and the messages sent 0 , messages received 0 Software version 2.3.2058.4321 Just to make sure it was not a specific problem on that host, I created and downloaded a new unattended SC msi to another machine and installed in via RDP. Same unsuccessful results and also provides the same information in the Status box when I open the client to see it's status. Please advise? Thank you.

What port is your relay service setup on?

I feel stupid asking this but did not know there was a port associated with the relay service. Where would that information be located? Thanks in advance.

The -1 port is very unusual, likely a config issue. Can you send your web.config file to support@screenconnect.com ?

It's on the default 8041 and so is the firewall.
